The Wonders of the Gulf
From Castellammare to San Vito Lo Capo: discover secret coves reachable only by sea.
Cala Bianca
A hidden gem located before Scopello, characterized by white gravel and light rocks reflecting the sunlight, creating an intense turquoise sea. Clear waters rich in fish, perfect for snorkeling away from the crowds.
Cala della Disa
Located in the heart of the Zingaro Reserve, named after the 'Disa' plants (dwarf palms) surrounding it. Famous for its shallow waters gently sloping down and emerald colors, ideal for families and relaxing swims.
Cala Mazzo di Sciacca
The last swimmable cove before the official entrance to the Reserve. Immersed in lush nature, it offers a breathtaking view with waters fading from pale blue to deep blue. The white pebble seabed offers incredible transparency.
Cala del Varo
A small, wild, and precious cove located shortly after the Scopello Sea Stacks. Its peculiarity? It is reachable EXCLUSIVELY by sea. This guarantees absolute privacy and direct contact with unspoiled nature.
Cala Marinella
Often defined as the most beautiful cove of the Reserve for the clarity of its waters, resembling a natural pool. It has no real beach but steep rocks: diving here directly from the dinghy is an unforgettable experience.
Fossa dello Stinco
A spectacular bay near Castellammare, protected by high white limestone cliffs overlooking the sea. The contrast between the white cliff and the deep blue water creates a suggestive scenery, perfect for sunset photos.
Punta Leone
Named after the curious shape of the rock resembling a lion crouching over the sea. A landmark for sailors offering deep and intense blue waters, ideal for diving enthusiasts.
Tonnarella Dell'Uzzo
The queen of the Reserve and the largest beach. A stretch of white pebbles dominated by the ancient Tuna Fishery. The water here has Caribbean colors and is a mandatory stop for anyone visiting the coast.
Zingaro Reserve
Seven kilometers of protected coastline where nature reigns supreme. No roads, no concrete, just dwarf palms, golden eagles, and dream coves following one another up to San Vito Lo Capo. Best visited by boat.
